During this 2.5 hour class, we will be using a selection of rose varieties to create a Rococo inspired design in an elegant compote vessel. We will teach alternative methods of creating a foam-free armature to hold the stems in place, principles of design and color theory, cut flower care and how to snap a photo of your design using a smart phone. All this while sipping a selection of local rose’ wine!
